Guidelines to Join the Online Class
1. LOGIN & ACCESS INSTRUCTIONS
• All classes will be conducted via Google Meet.
• A unique login link will be shared with registered participants one day before the session.
• Please join the class 15 minutes before the scheduled time to test your camera, microphone, and internet connection.
• Admittance after 15 minutes of class start time will not beaccommodated.
• Make sure you are logged in with your registered full nameto avoid delays in entry.
2. CLASS PROTOCOLS & DISCIPLINE
Punctuality is mandatory – latecomers will not be entertained.
Professional behavior is expected at all times:
- Keep your camera on throughout the session.
- Keep your microphone muted unless asked to speak.
- Avoid side conversations, eating, or moving around during class.
- Do not use mobile phones for unrelated activities while class is in progress.
Respect the trainer and fellow participants:
- Use the Google Meet “Raise Hand” option before speaking.
- Speak one at a time to maintain clarity and respect.
Treat the online class as if attending an in-person training – maintain proper attire, posture, and attentiveness.
Recording, screenshots, or sharing class content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
3. PAYMENTS & REGISTRATION
• All payments must be made in advance. No on-the-spot or after-class payments will be accepted.
• Only registered participants will receive access. Sharing links with others is strictly forbidden.
• Registrations are non-transferable and valid only for the candidate who has paid and received confirmation.
