KEUNE ONLINE ACADEMY – CLASS GUIDELINES (Google Meet)

1. LOGIN & ACCESS INSTRUCTIONS

- All classes will be conducted via Google Meet.

- A unique login link will be shared with registered participants one day before the session.

- Please join the class 15 minutes before the scheduled time to test your camera, microphone, and internet connection.

- Admittance after 15 minutes of class start time will not be accommodated.

- Make sure you are logged in with your registered full name to avoid delays in entry.

 

2. CLASS PROTOCOLS & DISCIPLINE

Punctuality is mandatory – latecomers will not be entertained.

Professional behavior is expected at all times:

   - Keep your camera on throughout the session.

   - Keep your microphone muted unless asked to speak.

   - Avoid side conversations, eating, or moving around during class.

   - Do not use mobile phones for unrelated activities while class is in progress.

Respect the trainer and fellow participants:

   - Use the Google Meet “Raise Hand” option before speaking.

   - Speak one at a time to maintain clarity and respect.

Treat the online class as if attending an in-person training – maintain proper attire, posture, and attentiveness.

Recording, screenshots, or sharing class content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

 

3. PAYMENTS & REGISTRATION

- All payments must be made in advance. No on-the-spot or after-class payments will be accepted.

- Only registered participants will receive access. Sharing links with others is strictly forbidden.

- Registrations are non-transferable and valid only for the candidate who has paid and received confirmation.

 

By registering, you agree to strictly follow these guidelines. Failure to comply may result in removal from the session without refund.
